Hug

In this gouache and pencil drawing one can see a hugging couple placed  in the middle of the page. the woman seems to be pregnant and has her  head on her partners shoulder. The couple is placed in the middle of a  doorway with light coming out from behind. The rest of the space is  black and white highlighting the contrast between warm and cold. This  drawing is one of a series that deals with couples, togetherness vs.  alone, and what happens in the space between human bodies.
